RETURNS/REFUNDS

At Meiskin, our aim is to offer customer satisfaction and we take great care with packaging all of our parcels in preparation for shipment.

We acknowledge that accidents and errors do occur. Please notify us within 24 hours of signing for your parcel of any concerns you may have. Meiskin will provide instructions on how to return goods in an appropriate manner. 

Returns must be arranged and pre-authorized by us via email before pending inspection, a refund, credit or exchange for the value of the item.

We do not accept returns or refunds based on:

- our product 'not working' or our product not delivering desired results (no money-back guarantee)

- not 'liking' a purchase (EG: the scent of a product)

- change of mind 

We will only accept a claim for damaged goods if we are notified within 24 hours of the package being delivered and correct return/exchange instructions have been adhered to, as outlined above.

Important: Please keep all the original packaging as refunds, replacements and exchanges will only be valid if you have the original packaging of the item/s you have purchased.


TRANSACTIONS

Credit card and deposit facilities are provided by an external supplier. We are not responsible for any credit card or deposit transactions. We do not record or store any credit card or banking details.

PRIVACY POLICY

Here at Meiskin, we are committed to the privacy of all our customer information that maybe shared with us. We will never pass on any of your personal details or sales history to any other unrelated company or source without first requesting your consent. We firmly believe that any customer information is strictly private.

CARD SECURITY

Meiskin is dedicated to protecting the identity and privacy of our customers and we do not store any credit card details on our server.

CURRENCY

All prices on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD)

DELIVERY COST

Delivery for each order is automatically calculated at point of checkout. A flat rate shipping fee of $4.95 applies to all orders within Australia and FREE shipping applies to all orders within Australia worth over $100.

Delivery for orders to New Zealand is $10AUD

Delivery for orders anywhere else in the world is $15AUD

RE-DELIVERY COST

In the event that a parcel has been returned to us due to an insufficient or incorrect address, we will be most happy to organize re-delivery which will be at the customer's own expense.

A re-delivery fee of $10 will apply to orders sent within Australia that are returned to us due to non-collection/incorrect address.

A re-delivery fee of $20 will apply to orders sent overseas that are returned to us due to non-collection/incorrect address.

Please note that in order for Meiskin to re-dispatch an order once the customer has paid the re-delivery cost, the original incorrect order must have been successfully returned to Meiskin's return to sender address first.

You can track your order shipped via Australia Post at http://www.auspost.com.au/track

Please contact Sendle or Australia Post directly in the first instance to report a missing parcel delivery from Meiskin.
